This lightweight flywheel and clutch is perfect for competition use vehicles than need to be road drivable.

Suitable for drag racing, track days and racing.

Strong enough to be used with sequential gearboxes (clutch or blip down).

Lightweight chrome moly flywheel and our unique aluminum TTVR 215 TD clutch for engines producing up to 450ftlb.

Clutch CNC machined from billet aluminum, low inertia strap drive clutch with anti reverse system to unload the drive straps under hard engine deceleration.

Ideally used for track day cars or for cars with paddle or sequential shift boxes where a race clutch is not required.

Torque Capacity options:     Organic 269lbft or 320lbft    Cerametalic 380lbft or 450lbft

Uses stock release bearing.

Suitable for up to 480lbft of torque.

5 pad cerametalic clutch plate perfect for fast road where OE gearbox and thrust bearing set up is being used.

Can be ordered to suit the 5 speed gearbox.

6710-3550 – Opel Vauxhall C20LET Twin 215mm Flywheel & Clutch.

TTV Racing 215 Trackday Series clutches have been designed for high torque applications where the vehicle may be used in competition but may need to be “suitably drivable” on the street, it benefits from a quick modulated clutch bite for quicker gear changes. The series contains two models, a single plate and a twin plate.

Our rigid CNC machined aluminum covers are hard anodized for a lifetime of protection and durability. Pressure plates and intermediate plates are manufactured in chrome moly to match our flywheels, supplied fixings are hi-tensile with antivibration washers.

Organic Torque Capacity 540lbft or 600lbft

Ceramealic Torque Capacity 600lbft or 705lbft

Max permissible torque 1050lbft
